Job description
As Business Development Manager, you are the commercial face of Tilroy in the Netherlands. You open doors with retailers in the SME segment and help them discover how our technology can strengthen their daily operations and customer experience. You work from our office in Breda, but are regularly on the road to visit customers and coordinate with the team in Aartselaar.
Tilroy is a leading provider of software for modern retailers. We help stores and chains better serve their customers, both online and offline, through an integrated platform that brings together sales, inventory, customer service, and analytics.
With offices in Aartselaar (BE) and Breda (NL), we work daily on the future of retail.
What does your day look like?
Actively identify, approach, and qualify new SME customers in the Dutch retail market.
Build and maintain a strong network within the sector.
Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable Tilroy solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate leads and capitalize on market opportunities.
Contribute to Tilroy's growth in the Netherlands by closing deals and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Job requirements
What are we looking for?
Your skills
You have experience in selling software products or SaaS solutions, ideally in the retail sector.
You have a strong network within the Dutch SME retail market.
You are commercially driven, but also genuinely interested in the challenges of the customer.
You work independently but enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands.
You speak fluent Dutch and English.
