As a Functional Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing customer processes and translating them into our Nimbl Case Management software. Your work goes beyond creating a functional design; you are actively involved in functionally setting up and configuring our solution to seamlessly align with the customer's specific processes.
You are the crucial link between customer needs and technical implementation, ensuring that our software optimally supports business processes. In this role, you closely collaborate with a dedicated team of developers, technical solution architects, and product experts to deliver a future-proof solution together.
What does your day look like exactly?
As a Functional Analyst, you perform the following tasks:
You translate business requirements into functional designs.
You take the lead in conducting workshops and gathering requirements, specifically focused on case management.
You analyze thoroughly and create functional designs based on user stories. You model and configure the approved designs/stories in our software application.
You perform the necessary validation tests before a new version of the software is released.
You update functional product documentation. You are responsible for daily customer contact during implementation.
You collaborate with a Solution Architect who provides technical solutions for functional requirements and cases.
You take responsibility in customer support.
