Marketing & Content Assistant

At Contractify, we build smart software that simplifies contract management. We are a growing SaaS company where a lot is happening, things change quickly, and you don't have to fit into a mold to work here.

We are looking for someone to provide hands-on support to our marketing team in content, visuals, webinars, and events. Someone who enjoys creating, finishing things, and finds satisfaction when everything is right - both in content and visually.

What does your day look like?

In short: you help ensure that our marketing looks good, stays up-to-date, and runs smoothly.

Specifically, this means:

Creating & finishing content

• Contributing to blog posts, website content, and social media (in Dutch and English)

• Creating visuals for online channels: images, social posts, simple animations

• Editing videos and podcasts (creating snippets, uploading, publishing)

Design & marketing materials

• Creating marketing materials such as flyers, print materials, and digital visuals

• Working with tools like Canva and/or Adobe (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) (You don't need to be a designer - but someone with an eye for detail and branding.)

Website, webinars & online presence

• Adding and adjusting content on our website

• Practically setting up webinars (tools, pages, communication)

• Keeping Contractify's online profiles up-to-date and improving them

Events

• Practical support for online and offline events
