Bridg is developing an innovative case management system for independent government agencies in Belgium and the Netherlands with Nimbl. We are looking for an experienced DMS Consultant with technical skills and a passion for digital government solutions.

In this role, you are a key figure in integrating Nimbl with Document Management Systems (DMS). You work closely with both our clients and DMS providers, and ensure the technical standards of our platform. You lead the technical aspects of implementations, collaborate with functional colleagues, and contribute to sustainable solutions.

What does your day look like?

As a DMS Solution Architect, you will perform the following tasks:

• You are the technical point of contact for integrating Nimbl with various DMS solutions (preferred and external).

• You take the technical lead in integration projects and ensure the consistency of the solution within Nimbl's standards.

• You organize and lead technical workshops with clients and DMS providers.

• You develop technical designs for customization and integrations.

• You also carry out development work or conduct code reviews as needed.

• You support the product's further development by translating feedback from integrations into improvements.

What are we looking for?

Your technical skills

• You have experience with Document Management Systems, particularly SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premise).

• You understand the functional capabilities of SharePoint, such as document libraries, version control, metadata, permission structures, content types, and workflows.

• You have experience with integrations between SharePoint and other systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, or middleware such as Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.

• You can technically translate a functional SharePoint story into a robust solution.

• You are familiar with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

• Knowledge of Azure (AD, App Registrations, API management) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, PowerShell, or C# for scripting or extensions is an advantage.

• Experience with other DMS solutions is a plus.
